INCLUSIONS
A Panel Home NT Pack provides the complete “shell” of a building in flat pack form.

Where the home is built on a concrete slab; and - Steel Flooring System
Where the land is sloping, and the house is built on a platform floor raised on steel posts. Panel Home has developed a patented, fully engineered steel flooring system for these sloping sites which is both fast and economical to assemble.
These raised flooring systems have a very clean and slimline perimeter, enhancing the appearance of your project compared to conventional platform floors.
WALL SYSTEMS
Great speed in construction is achieved by the Panel Homes NT wall panel and window systems.
The internal and external wall panels are manufactured here in Australia. These structural insulated wall panels include a BlueScope TrueCore steel frame. The internal and external wall cladding is fixed in place on the panels, ready for paint or render finishes once the panels are installed on site.
Our wall panels are manufactured to provide two standard ceiling heights of 2700mm and 3000mm, with four Standard Panel widths being 300mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1100mm. Standard Panels are all interchangeable, for example any 900mm panel can be interchanged for convenience with any other 900mm panel anywhere in the building.
Therefore, during construction, finding the next panel is a breeze and there is no cutting of wall panels required on site.
Some projects however, can require a small number of non-standard panels (up to 5%) – these are supplied to correct size, they are not cut on site by the builder. These custom panels are generally required where certain plumbing fittings are needed to be set in the wall such as showers.
In those situations a steel channel is fitted within the panel where those plumbing fixtures are required. Panel Home’s wall panels are fast & easy to install, requiring just a level and a screw gun.
Importantly, there are steel members hidden in the wall panels that come together during the panel installation creating a very robust steel framed building engineered for the even the highest cyclonic wind regions of Australia.
Once the walls and roof are installed, the Panel Home windows and glass doors are quickly fitted and fixed in place using our patented energy-efficient window system.
