Owner-Builders and Builders

Panel Homes NT supplies flat-packed panel home kits, not a building service. You or your builder erect the kit and arrange site works, slab, plumbing, electrical and finishing. Council approval and a certifier are not included.

Owner-builder support

You can erect the kit as an owner-builder. A builder manual is supplied, and Panel Homes NT provides construction assistance. Reading plans, using power tools and a basic understanding of construction are an advantage.

Use your own builder

You can use your own builder. We can assist if required and help you find recommended builders with experience in the construction method.

  • Qualified electrical and plumbing trades.
  • Kit erection and finishing.
