How It Works

Start by discussing your property and requirements. We supply the kit; construction is carried out by you or your builder.

  1. Contact Panel Homes NT.
  2. Discuss the property, location, owner-builder or builder, and engineering required.
  3. Choose a range plan or supply your own plan.
  4. An estimate is prepared.
  5. A premanufacture contract is drawn up and signed by both parties.
  6. Engineering and design are completed.
  7. Changes or additions are made.
  8. The home kit is manufactured.
  9. Materials are delivered.
  10. You or your builder begin construction.

A project example, not a promised timetable

Bluejeep Retreat, Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island (2023), reached lockup in 14 days and took about 3 months for the full build. It was an owner-builder project delivered by truck and ferry.

What sits outside the kit

Panel Homes NT supplies flat-packed panel home kits, not a building service. You or your builder erect the kit and arrange site works, slab, plumbing, electrical and finishing. Council approval and a certifier are not included.
