Project story
This multi-level waterfront home at Nelly Bay, Magnetic Island, was an owner-builder project in 2022. It combines a slab, suspended floor and second storey.
The home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gymnasium and a two car garage, with about 340 m² of space. The project took about 6 months. The customer found Panel Homes NT by word of mouth.
